This agreement is between Technifirma, Inc., doing business as AutoComps ("AutoComps", "we"), and the company that subscribes to the AutoComps service ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept this agreement on behalf of your company and its users.
Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the AutoComps service for your company's own vehicle appraisal work. No other rights are granted.
You agree to use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You will not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or methods of the service; resell, sublicense, or share your subscription with anyone outside your company; or use the service to store or transmit unlawful material.
The service, including its software, designs, valuation methods, and documentation, is owned by Technifirma, Inc. The appraisal records, documents, and other data you enter into the service belong to you. We use your data only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service can connect to third-party services, such as QuickBooks Online, when you choose to link them. Each connection is made at your direction and is governed by that provider's own terms. You may disconnect a linked service at any time from your company settings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Valuations and reports produced with the service are tools to support your professional judgment, not a guarantee of any vehicle's value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technifirma, Inc.'s total liability under this agreement is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may end this agreement by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this agreement or if your subscription lapses. On termination, your right to use the service stops; you may request a copy of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
